Age Restriction & Eligibility

Changes to Account Details: If any of your registered account details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you are required to update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delayed withdrawals or failure to receive important account communications.
Accurate Information Mandatory
Full name, date of birth, Bangladesh residential address, valid email, and mobile number are required. False information submitted at registration is a breach of these Terms.
Strictly One Account Per Person
Multiple accounts detected by any means — including device ID, IP address, or shared payment method — will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Promotional Changes: six6s xyz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any affected promotional credits already credited to player accounts shall be handled in accordance with the terms that applied at the time of the credit.
Must Be Met Before Withdrawal
Each promotion specifies its own wagering multiplier and time limit. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated period are automatically removed from the account.
Bonus Abuse Results in Termination

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Use of bots, scripts, or AI-driven tools to place wagers or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.
Collusion & Match Fixing
Coordinated betting with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit the platform is treated as fraud and reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
Account Suspension & Closure
six6s xyz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; provision of false or fraudulent information; detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; receipt of a request from a relevant authority; or at the voluntary request of the account holder.
Suspension Process: Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, six6s xyz will notify the account holder by email to the address on file. During a suspension, the account holder will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw. The suspension will remain in place until the investigation is concluded. Where the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed. Where a breach is confirmed, the account will be closed and the relevant balances handled in accordance with these Terms.
Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your six6s xyz account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and the absence of any active bonus wagering obligation.
Responsible Gaming Closure: Accounts closed at the request of the account holder for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are subject to the six6s xyz Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-exclusion requests are processed with immediate effect. Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, six6s xyz reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance as compensation for losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach. Immediate Effect, No Reversal
Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period, even at the direct request of the account holder.
Limitation of Liability
six6s xyz provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure that the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time.
Exclusion of Consequential Loss: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6s xyz shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill — even if six6s xyz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data transmission failure that results in a game outcome or wager being recorded incorrectly, six6s xyz reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the relevant accounts. No additional compensation will be payable in such circumstances. Winnings derived from a demonstrably erroneous outcome are not valid and will not be paid.
Third-Party Services: The six6s xyz platform integrates third-party game content from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. While six6s xyz selects its game providers carefully, it accepts no liability for errors, failures, or interruptions in game delivery that are attributable to the third-party provider rather than to six6s xyz's own infrastructure.

Maximum Liability: Where six6s xyz is found to be liable to you under any circumstances not excluded by these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of six6s xyz to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Void Wagers, Stake Returned
Wagers affected by confirmed technical errors are voided and stakes returned. Winnings from demonstrably erroneous outcomes are not valid and will not be honoured.
Limited to 30-Day Deposit Total
Where liability is established, six6s xyz's maximum exposure per claim is capped at the total amount deposited by the claimant in the 30 days preceding the event.
